3. Use of Service

By using our parking space reservation service, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Any fraudulent or incorrect use of the service will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.

4. Reservation Policies

• Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the user.
• No modifications or refunds are allowed 72 hours before the reservation date and time. This policy is strict, and no exceptions will be made.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations will not be allowed, nor will refunds be granted within 72 hours prior to the reservation.

6. Monthly Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions guarantee a parking space for the contracted period.
• Subscriptions must be renewed monthly through the website by the user. If the renewal is not made on the due date, the space will become available.
• No refunds are given for monthly subscriptions that are in progress.

7. Security

• The parking lot is equipped with security cameras.
• Recordings will be made available to authorities and customers in case of need, such as damage, theft, or injuries within the establishment.

8. Secure Payment via Openpay

• Transactions will be made through the Openpay gateway.
• Our online payment service is conducted through a secure virtual POS.
• All transactions are encrypted to ensure the security and protection of the user's personal and financial data.

9. Responsibility

• The company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or belongings within the parking lot.
• It is the user's responsibility to secure their vehicle and personal belongings.

10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Modifications will be effective immediately after being posted on our website.
• Users are advised to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.
• Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Toluca, Mexico.
